What to Expect

First things first – with JustFit you’ll get a FREE 1/2 hour fitness consultation. The fitness consultation includes a review of your workout history and medical history, any past injuries, your fitness goals and an initial fitness assessment to track your progress. In this orientation, you’ll get a taste of your new training program.

Once your program begins, you will do a variety of exercises including:

Strength & Resistance Training – resistance to muscular contraction to building muscle

Interval Training – High-intensity cardiovascular with strength training

Compound Training – Multi-muscle exercises

Plyometric training – Explosive and power jumping and cross training

Nutritional Guidelines – We believe in wholesome foods that the body breaks down most efficiently. We will recommend foods that will be easy to prepare and fit in your lifestyle – such as whole grain carbohydrates, lean protein and lots of vegetables and fruits. We’ll encourage unsaturated fats and foods high in omega 3 fatty acids. We also love our Green Smoothies and we’ll Let you in on the secrets of the powerful benefits you will gain.
