During the holidays it can be challenging at times to stay on a well balanced eating plan. Be sure to choose very healthy options during the week so you can splurge a little for the holiday parties. Some options for Breakfast – oatmeal, egg whites and fruit, Lunch – stir fry with chicken, sweet potatoes and broccoli, Dinner – salmon, squash and a tossed salad. Keep in mind the key to keeping fit and trim during the holidays is MODERATION!
