<p>During the holidays it can be challenging at times to stay on a well balanced eating plan.  Be sure to choose very healthy options during the week so you can splurge a little for the holiday parties.  Some options for <strong><em>Breakfast</em></strong> &#8211; oatmeal, egg whites and fruit, <strong><em>Lunch</em></strong> &#8211; stir fry with chicken, sweet potatoes and broccoli, <strong><em>Dinner</em></strong> &#8211; salmon, squash and a tossed salad.  Keep in mind the key to keeping fit and trim during the holidays is <strong><em>MODERATION!</em></strong>  </p>

<p>A couple helpful tips that have been a success for JustFits clients are to <strong>ALWAYS engage your abdominals with every exercise</strong>. Additionally, <strong>stand with a slight bend in knee when doing standing exercises</strong>.  WHY? because you engage more muscles, therefore getting the maximum workout!</p>
