When engaging in physical fitness we want you to get the most out of your workouts. If we are putting our busy schedules on hold and taking time out from work and the high demands of kids we want to maximize each and every minute of our workout!

A couple helpful tips that have been a success for JustFits clients are to ALWAYS engage your abdominals with every exercise. Additionally, stand with a slight bend in knee when doing standing exercises. WHY? because you engage more muscles, therefore getting the maximum workout!
